Chetan Solanke

Chetan Solanke is a Regional Project Coordinator at DIA Research & Advisory Services with over 13 years of experience in field research, survey operations, project management, and team leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, and a Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) diploma from the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI). His professional experience includes research projects in agriculture, rural development, migration, MSMEs, microfinance and Self-Help Groups (SHGs), education, socio-economic surveys, and impact evaluation. He has also worked as a Field Manager with J-PAL, contributing to the Powerlooms Study in Maharashtra by leading field operations and survey implementation. His expertise includes field operations management, survey implementation, team supervision, quality control, data verification, stakeholder coordination, Monitoring & Evaluation , and research project management.
