Anup Behera is a Regional Project Coordinator at DIA, leading evidence and impact initiatives for the groundnut project in Odisha. He holds an Executive MBA and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Utkal University. With over 13 years of experience in data analytics, AI model evaluation, database architecture and MIS, Anup previously managed complex agricultural datasets at the ICAR-Central Institute for Women in Agriculture and also founded the AI-curated platform decajob.com and aiunitconverters.com. His core interests lie at the intersection of e-agriculture, scalable data pipelines, and socio-economic development. Outside of work, he enjoys graphic design and taking road trips.;
